Build with clarity. Lead with confidence. Create lasting impact.
Start a ConversationEvery KHR engagement exists to answer one or more of these. Everything else is simply a service.
Every function. One strategy. Shared impact. This is not a framework; it is how every KHR engagement runs.
Engagements run in phases, and every phase ends with something real: a decision made, a deliverable in hand, or a system running. You always know where you are and what comes next.
The work is defined before it begins. Anything outside it happens only by agreement, never by drift.
You get the advice we would want in your seat, even when it is not what you hoped to hear. Recommendations serve the client alone.
A standing relationship with the executive team. A monthly cadence, an open line, and decisions handled as they arrive.
A defined problem with a fixed scope and a clear outcome. One document covers proposal, scope, and agreement, so one signature starts the work.
An executive seat, filled part-time. CHRO or General Counsel leadership before the full-time hire is justified.
Executive alignment, strategic planning, executive coaching, and change leadership. For teams that need to move in one direction at the same speed.
Fractional CHRO leadership, executive search and talent, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee relations. The people function, run as a business function.
Fractional general counsel, labor and employment strategy, compliance and risk, workplace investigations, and policies people can actually follow. Counsel-level judgment, without the law firm.
Organization design, operating models, work structuring, and change enablement. The structure to execute the strategy you already have.
A Louisiana-licensed employment attorney and SHRM-CP certified executive, Kristyn has spent more than a decade leading people, legal, and operational strategy for growth-stage, private equity-backed, and multi-state organizations. She has taken a company public as its head of people, guided M&A people diligence across a multibillion dollar private equity portfolio, and led HR and legal operations for a construction company as it doubled in revenue.
Her approach integrates executive advisory, organizational strategy, workforce planning, executive search, labor and employment strategy, and operational leadership to help organizations build the structure, leadership, and accountability needed to execute strategy and achieve sustainable results.
She holds a Juris Doctor and an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans and has served closely held companies since 2010, most recently in board and general counsel roles.
KHR was founded in 2022 and has served organizations across construction, technology, manufacturing, and professional services, with executive experience spanning healthcare, private equity, and public company leadership.
“Kristyn brings clarity to complicated decisions. She helps us think through our hardest questions on people, risk, and structure, and she always tells us the truth. She understands our business, and we rely on her judgment. As a leadership team, we’re sharper because of it.”
